90C CPU Temp too high? topic

Was restoring my 6BG TW backup through TWRP 2.8.1.1 and it reach 90C (90*1.8+32=194F). the s-view flip cover was fliped back around the phone but otherwise it was on a hard laminate desk when working. I run an i7 and GTX780's and in the PC realm, 90C is very high. That said, this is a 2+GHZ CPU with no (or course) air or water cooling.
