after firmware flash with tot my phone is constantly rebooting topic

after successful flash with tot of my d801 with tot LG D801AT-01-V10c-310-260-AUG-13-2013 my phone without an imei has has bin constantly rebooting. i canonly use it for a couple of minutes. in wch it refuses to install anything. any help:confused::confused::confused:
