CallRecord by Skvalex for N6 topic

I have been using CallRecord for years but most recently on my Note 3...now have N6. When I had a Samsung S3 I could use the kernel option in the app for the call recording but the Note 3 standard model did not offer a custom kernel..

Now I see a few custom kernel for the N6 anyone using CallRecord and any kernel for options in the app? If I don't use the kernel option then it has to be standard android option

Anyone played with the app and/or kernel with the app?
