fastest way from stock non rooted i9301i 4.4.2 to cm11 topic

Sammobile dont have old 4.3 rom. And if they even had it, I am not sure would I brick it by downgrading. Can somebody just say easiest way of rooting and installing latest cwm possibly without tripping knox.
