File/folder names topic

I tend to try new roms and clean flash new and usually dirty flash updates. I do nand backups in twrp on anything new or experimental. I happened to look at my data folder and I see a lot of "-1" and "-2" items. Is this normal or remnants of a dirty flash? Example:
