i9003 cannot connect to computer topic

hi guyz..i have samsung i9003 its stuck on boot logo..when i get it to download mode its didn't connect to computer.i have replaced the usb connecter all print are okay 100%.. is there any solution for dat..plzz guyz help me..:(
