Loud speaker problem topic

Hi, please help me. My xperia c speaker stopped working. I can listen using headset, but not the speaker. I can listen to the other person during the call, but ringtone or notification sounds don't work. It was fine till yesterday. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
