Patrtition internal SD topic

Hi there.
Is there any way to wipe all the partitions on the internal memory and repartition?
I have tried connecting the nook to windows but Minitool Partition Wizard does not recognize it.
I presume I would probably have to do it manually, but can anyone point me to a guide to accomplish this?
