[Q] Big Problem with Htc desire 816 topic

Hello, this is my first thread on xda, so i want to thank you all for the help that you gave me in the past.
I've a htc without the Os, it's in S-on and if I try to flash a rom by CWM it'll power off.
My CID is E11.
