[Q] i cant switch betwwen the sims topic

i need help plz i cant switch between the 2 sims in preffered network and the option to switch is not available
and if i want to use mobila data from sim 2 i must turn sim 1 of
i do full reset but nothing change
is it a software problem?
any solution ??
