[Q] note 3 gps not working topic

Hi

i had an "accident" with my phone note 3 n9005 a car passed on him
when i touhgt that only the screen was gone (it was ringing ....)
after the lab replaced the screen i could not use any gps software
all the time it said didnt find any sats...
today i used this great post

but it didnt helped :(

i saw another post regarding this code *#9090# but it doesnt work on version 5 :(

any ideas maybe what code i can type to get to SERVICEMODE ?
