[Q] Open app rating exchange thread on XDA and if yes where? topic

A number of forums have threads where one developer may ask to exchange app reviews and ratings in return for another developer, in trust, to do the same for his app.

Im not entirely sure if this is illegal in any way, but i shouldnt think so. Its not like theres money involved - just developer solidarity :)

Is this allowed on XDA? If yes, where does such a thread belong.
