[Q] OTA 5.0.1 Failure! topic

I have been unable to update to 5.0.1 on my Nexus 6. I tried using the Nexus toolkit and when it gets to adb, it says device isnt connected. All the drivers are updated. I just got the OTA but it fails after download and the start of updating? Is it failing because I turned off decryption? How do I fix this?
