Xperia U - replaced digitizer does not work topic

Hi
first, sorry for my English, it is not my primary language :)

last week i cracked my phones touch screen by accident.
so i bought new one from ebay.
before install i read some tutorials and watched videos, everything went very well and digitizer fits perfect.
turned it on, but the phone touch screen is totally unresponsive!

i tried to disassemble and assemble several times but no result.
any ideas? :(
