Help with Samsung Tab2 10.1 topic

I attempted to hard reset my old samsung galaxy tab2 10.1 GT-P5113

I press power and vol down buttons and got through the menus to factory reset but i didn't save nothing. Now it won't power up. I'm newbie.

Now i need ROM to bring it to life. Prefer the latest. Any help is appreciated.
