How to send changes to cyanogenmod source? topic

Hello everybody!
Please, I need help:
I've made a complete translation of the "settings.apk" of cyanogenmod 12, but I didn't understand so much, between gerrit, github...
Can someone explain me how to make see my changes to cyanogenmod stuff, so they can merge it with the new build?
