how would you fix moto x 2014 leather bumps and scratches? topic

i have the leather version of moto x 2014... i never used cover so the back of the phone is kinda bumped/scratched/shocked etc....

i have been thinking in some leather fixers that they sell around internet... but i was wondering if there was a better way/
