[Q] Android SIP PTT topic

Just wondering if anyone has been successful with building the googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ push-to-talk-read-only
sip ptt client, I have a nexus 10 and I'm attempting to get android studio to work with no luck looked for a APK but couldn't find one any were.
