[Q] Can´t call with my Gear 2 Neo!!! PLS HELP! topic

Hi guys,

I just have a Q about how can i repair my new gear 2 Neo? i cant call with them ... i can answer bud when i do it... the other person cant hear me and i cant hear him... Somebody help me?
