[Q] Franco Kernel question topic

Im running a stock rooted rom with Franco Kernel installed. For some reason when I select a performance profile it will not stay. It will select it but when I close the app and reopen it, it is no longer selected. I do have the CPU voltage control set below the defaults. Is it possible that manually selecting a setting will override the performance profile and unselect it? Thanks for the help.
