[Q] How to force note 2014(lte) to use only hsdpa+? topic

so my pc has 3g modem and ping is +/- 150ms, note has lte and ping is +/- 100ms when it uses hsdpa+ ,my problem is that it conctantly swiches from hsdpa+ to simple 3g and it makes lag spikes or connection los, so maybe someone knows how to do it ?
