[Q] [Mi-2] Bricked topic

Hi All,

My Mi-2 is bricked and stay on a black screen

I still have the QUALCOOM HS-USB ...... visible in the windows device manager and the COM port is visible in Mi-Flash..

but from there i am lost and don't know what to do.
