[Q] remove flashed carrier firmware? topic

I had my Verizon S4 flashed to work on the Ntelos network, how can I remove their settings/ firmware?
I have followed the NC5 full wipe Odin/ tar instructions found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2735172
with success, but it doesn't remove Ntelos. Its as if the phone is confused, Dialing 611 goes to Verizon, but dialing a number goes thru ntelos. Even using an active Verizon sim, the phone says carrier unknown and will not make a call on Verizon network.
