[Q] sony xperia c walkman app stops detecting music after rooting topic

Hi, I recently rooted my sony xperia c. The inbuilt walkman app stops detecting music after a while. I have cleared the walkman data and media storage but the problem still exists. What shall I do? Is it possible that rooting has caused this problem, if so how can I fix it. Thanks
