[Q] VZW i545 Upgrade Rooted/Safestrapped MK2 to NK1 help topic

Looking for help or pointer best thread/method to update rooted & safestrapped VZW i545 from MK2 to NK1 without wiping everything if possible. I've been out of the loop for a while. Thanks in advance.
