[ROM][I925]Cyanogenmod 12.0 [1/8/15] topic

THIS IS AN EXTREMELY EARLY BUILD, THERE WILL BE BUGS.

Disclaimer: I take no responsibility for bad things that happen as a result of flashing this.

Prereqs:
- Use kitkat recovery
- Must have unlocked bootloader

Notes:
- Mobile data takes roughly a minute or 2 to come up after a reboot
- GPS doesn't look to be working yet

Second Note: Although CM12 nightlies have started, i925 will not be included until I can sort out selinux enough to run the rom in enforcing more.
