Safe to factory reset after unroot? topic

Hi,

I was wondering if it would be safe to factory reset my phone after unrooting it with SuperSU. Many months back I rooted my phone with Towelroot and now I want to factory reset my phone because of many problems I have been having. I was wondering if it would be safe to unroot my phone with SuperSU and then do a factory reset with no problem.
