sprint S5 pictures are blurry topic

Got a s5 last month and all of a sudden the pictures are all blurry unless you are close to the object, almost like macro mode is on. I changed the selected focus I have reset the phone did all the update and even took the plastic off the lens 😄

Any help would be appreciated as I really don't want to have to bring this back.
