[Q] Disable Hardware buttons topic

Hello everybody.
Is there anyway to disable camera hardware button on this mobile? Because the phone fell to the water and now the camera is launching in a loop and replacing the flex of the camera is not an easy task (I think the problem is there).

Hi, i never use the messanger like button, but i hit it accidentally every single time! And it is very annoying explaing every time to my friend that that thumbs up doesen't mean anything.

I found some discussions on facebook forum but no solutions. (I can't post the link because i haven't made 10 posts)

So can anyone help me? Maybe someone who knows how to develop apps can create a xposed module or something like that. I think it will be very useful for me and for others. Thanks!

[Q] How to Disable notifications, even after app update? topic

Hi,

It's great that I can easily turn off notification of an app really easy, but for those apps that update every single day, which in turn, turns notifications back on.

There has to be an app, or root app, or even an Xposed module that can stop certain apps from pushing Notifications even after an update..?

Is it possable to disable touchboost??????? topic

Hey guys, I have a G3 and I'm getting SUPER FRUSTRATED trying to disable touchboost...
I have a custom kernel installed and I've been using fauxclock to control my kernel settings, My problem is when I "disable touchboost" in fauxclock it only disables 3 of 4 cores, So core0 is ALWAYS touchboosting no matter what I try.

Has anyone successfully disabled touchboost on this phone?? I can't even stand this phone anymore because of this issue.
My galaxy s4 gets up to almost double SOT on average with touchboost disabled vs when it's on in some circumstances, But with this stupid piece of crap G3 can't even find a way to get it disabled:crying::crying::crying:

Anyone got any ideas? or workarounds?
Does anyone know of a build.prop fix or anything along those lines?
Does anyone know of an app that can disable touchboost on the G3?

I'm running Rin kernel 1.7.2 & stock rom
(I tried Cloudy G3 1.1 and 1.2 but they have the same results)

XBMC/KODI - Disable Audio upon APP Exit topic

One annoying behaviour with XBMC/KODI (RC3) is that upon returning to home with a video still playing, if you open another app it continues playing in the background. This is undesirable and I would like the home button to also Pause/Stop video is this possible?

[Q] How to disable email synchro but keep contacts / calendar synchro enabled topic

Hi,

I'd like to have a button that would enable / disable GMAIL synchronization only. All other synchro I'd like to have always enabled.

Now in 4.4.4 I have button that enables / disables all synchro.

I know that I can edit account synchro and uncheck gmail synchro - I would prefer something more effective such simple button.

Do you guys now how can I achieve that?

I'm currently on 4.4.4, CM nightly, using xposed, rooted.

I've been lurking the ATT note 4 forums and found this little guide. It doesn't Uninstall the apps just disables some that you can do normally.

For now it's at least something to help for us unfortunate ATT folk.

I tested it on my edge and it worked. Frees up a bit of ram.

Is there a way to disable the snooze feature on the stock clock app? Or a way to wave to dismiss (not snooze) the alarm?

If not, are there any apps that can let me wave to dismiss an alarm? It seems like a waste to not use that awesome feature on the 2nd gen Moto X.

Disable priority notifications in Android 5? topic

Hi,

After getting the latest Android-release on my Nexus 5, my phone has started to switch to "priority notifications only"-mode all the time. I can sit there reading a webpage when it suddenly switches over. This has made me lose both alarms and other notifications that i needed to get. So for me it is 100% useless junk, but i cannot find a way to deactivate it. Any tips?

Wifi Turned Off unless i Disable Mobile Data topic

My mother in law got an ATT Alpha and tried to connect to wifi. It will connect and immediately say wifi turned off. When you disable mobile data it enables wifi. That makes no sense... why would the phone favor mobile data.

How can we correct this? I have owned 5 Samsung devices and never seen this.

Disable Knox and the OTA without root topic

I have a script below to block Knox and the OTA. First off I take no credit for the files other than modding the script to work for the apps I wanted disabled. Credit goes to Rootjunky for the files for the Droid Turbo. First you will need to download the Droid-Turbo-Block-Bloat-Ware.zip . Unzip the block bloat-ware zip file and copy the attached Block Knox and OTA.bat to the Droid-Turbo-Block-Bloat-Ware folder that contains the other .bat files. Next enable developer options on your phone and enable USB debugging and connect the phone to your PC. Run the Block Knox and OTA.bat file, follow the instructions and allow USB debugging on your phone. That should do it. There should not be System updates in your settings menu. If you want to enable Knox and the OTA again just copy the Enable Knox and OTA bat file as you did with the previous one. If you have ADB installed you can just run the attached bat files by themselves.

Do you know why android wear smartwatches are cheap ? Because we, the customers, are the product. We are the battery. I supply Motorolla, LG, Sony, whichever watch you have, with so much information. What apps you use, what phone you have, what stores your near, etc. They sell this information to other companys, without your name, of course. (Yes I realize 0-350 isn't exactly cheap for most of us but they would be much more expensive without this).

I want to disable the tracking. I know I will most likely have to root my Moto 360. So, does anyone know a way of doing this?

how to entirely disable playmusic on droidwear? topic

Hello all,
I disovered an very annoying behaivour of droidwear,
Whenever I start to play any music with poweramp my watch automatically opens an persistent notification card wich cant be disabled aslong the music is running....
As there is an way more usefull tool for wear use with poweramp player I desperatly need to kill this ****ty googleplaymusic card!

And I know this question belongs not into the wear.forzms but its essentially the same problem on my Z2 lockscreen, I have my beautifull poweramp lockscreenwidget set up, but as soon as some music is played the damn ****ing ugly stock widged appears on the first place on lockscreen..... I could vomit from this ****!
Playmusic and walkmanapp are completely deleted with titaniumbackup, how does this crap manage to still go on my balls? (wakmen only one of 3 apps is deleted the othet walkmen pieces are frozen why do those bitches still annoy me?)

Any way to disable HD calling? topic

Title Kinda of says it all. My wife works in an area where 4g lte goes in and out in places so when she calls me gets all garbled. How Can i turn off my phones ability to get a HD call so her phone does not even attempt it. I can turn it off on hers if need be.
