Hello

I have LG G3 the international version with installed stock rom 5.0,
Before I install it, I backed up the previous kitkat rom.. When I installed the lollipop stock rom I decided to go back to my previous kitkat rom. After restoring it and booted it everything was ok but it says no service, emergency calls only. And the signal at the status bar was refreshing every second automatically. I tried to return to that lollipop rom to see whether the signal is ok or no but there was no problem with it. But I dont know whats the probkem in that kitkat rom.... Plzzzz helpppp mee!!

(I'm running the XT1068 dual sim with L and I have a spark NZ sim card and yes I have tried both slots for the sim card)

Hello, I am a newbie, I need help as I rooted my Canadian model g2 D803 and flashed a custom Rom, ever since then data under settings has been greyed out and at lock screen it shows a message "Service Disabled" when I insert a SIM, it does nothing, also under settings baseband says unknown and imei as well is unknown tho I have the imei of the phone on the box, I recently flashed the latest STOCK firmware but that did not resolve this, please help

Motorola has amazing customer service topic

So recently I have been noticing that my back button has not been working. I will go to press it and it will be unresponsive while the "home" and "recent apps" button and the rest of the touch screen are responsive. Went to motorola's support site and filled out a repair request. They overnighted me a phone (new in box, with a new charger and everything) and sent me a box and label to send my old phone (only, no box or charger) back to them. I am charged for shipping and everything.

I got my phone on October 31st, not sure why the back button was not working but hoping I don't have the same issue on this one.

About the best customer service experience I've seen in a long time.

[Q] How is it that service providers like AT&T detect if your boot loader is unlocked topic

I'm not even sure if they can detect if your boot loader is even unlocked without physically having the device, but I did read that they don't allow phones with unlocked bootloaders on their networks, so if this is the case how do they detect it, can you bypass this at all? Because if they need the physical thing I can just restore it whenever I need their help. Any help would be appreciated :)
I'm planning on rooting a y536a1 huawei, if that's any help. Happy holidays!

T-Mobile service sucks!!! topic

I do not know about the rest of you, but for me the service sucks. Constant dropped calls at a month is uncalled for. I never have this issue with straight talk AT&T service. So for less a month for the same 3gig of data, straight talk knocks T-Mobile out of the park.

How is the service for the rest of you? Do you get random dropped calls as well? I am personally very disappointing in the lack of quality service through such a large carrier like T-Mobile.:mad:

Hi,

I have Huawei Ascend P7 L-00, with EMUI 3.0 (ver. B608) ROM. I cannot download themes, because since EMUI 3.0 you can download them only via Huawei Cloud. But apparently the Cloud service can be used only in China (or other Far-East countries). If I try to connect to Huawei Cloud, the system always give me the message: "This service cannot be used in your country"

Is there any way to "cheat" the phone and make it think that I am in China right now?

[Q] Unofficial ROM, CUSTOM ROM - Service said it cant be repaired topic

Hi!
I bought this phone on the internet and it was rooted, had no google play on it. I unlocked it via a website, then tried to install a custom ROM from here. Since, it cant be turned on, took it to the service, they said its cant be repaired. The seller wont pay me back my money, because they said i made it wrong.
Do you have any idea what to do now? I have no phone and paid much for it :(

I have since installed several different ROMs, basebands, recoveries, etc. and I still can't connect to 4g. I have verified APNs as far as the info I can find. I have also tried the SIM in various phones and they all receive data. What is going on? Can someone help me troubleshoot this?

No cell service topic

Hey guys, for some reason my cell service has gone out, but I don't know how. I've never had an issue with the cell service on any ROM that I've tried. I'm currently running the D851 CM12 ROM, and I had service this morning and into the afternoon. However, late this afternoon(and currently)it's been very windy here today, so maybe that's the problem? I can't tell if there's a T-mobile outage in this area, or if it's a SIM problem, a ROM problem etc. I've tried toggling the airplane mode, rebooting, different APN, and even flashing different ROMs, but the service won't come back. Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I've never had this problem, so I'm not sure how to diagnose and fix it. Any ideas? Thanks.

[Q] getting off-warranty or void warranty service? topic

First, i do NOT have a problem (yet), where i need service...

And I m sure my warranty is void with att because unlocked rooted renamed the oem folder edited , im sure any tamper flags are tripped.

That said, if i break a screen or somerhing line that, can i send it into moto for repairs with the understanding that i would pay myself out of pocket?
