External SD Card Write Access Restored Back Again To Read Access Only ? topic

Hi,
I changed platform.xml file to give permission for writting to SD Card it was fine for some time but from now onwards when I restart my Mobile phone Or sometimes when I remount External SD Card so then I can delete and change files but for some little time or may be for a minute and then when trying to do more changes so then it don't works...Like works for first time and then it's not working..while the platform.xml is in good hands..I check that and no change occur there..like permission is always there for writting but it don't write to SD Card so please..I want to know that what is happening wrong in there?
I am usiing Samsung Galaxy Core 2 With Kit Kat Version 4.4.2 ?

[Q] OBB Folder write protected/hidden in Android 5.0, Lollipop Update. topic

The obb folder is hidden in android 5.0. Searched a lot on web and XDA and found out no one has found this problem yet. The obb folder is hidden throughout the system, i have tried to connect it via pc but no use. In pc you can see the obb folder but all the folders within it are empty! I have rooted and used even root explorer. No use. Anyone can help please? :) :fingers-crossed:

[Q] GPE 5.0.1 Lollipop: Is it possible to write to /system/media/audio/ringtones? topic

I am trying to copy two of my ringtones into the /system folder of the phone, but the device is not letting me, it keeps failing on the copy command. Anyone know if this is possible?

I am doing the following:

su
mount -o remount,rw /system
cd /storage/ext_sd
cp r1.ogg /system/media/audio/ringtones/

BTW, the filesystem appears to have been re-mounted in read-write mode, because the output of the "mount" command shows /system to be mounted "rw".

I have tried the above commands via an interactive adb shell, as well as through the "terminal emulator" application and I keep getting the same failure.

[Q] Write Access to SD card not blocked on Moto G 2014? topic

Several times one could read that Google restricted access to the external SD card for Android 4.4, so that writing is only possible for some app inside its personal folder. But with Total Commander I can write everywhere on the sd card. My german Moto G 2014 with Android 4.4.4 is not rooted (by now).

Did Motorola change the platform.xml in a very user-friendly way or what is the reason that I can write to it?
