Hopefully quick question... topic

I've been away for a few months and so I'm a little out of touch... I got a rooted s5 active and I'd like to just unroot and update. My updater is frozen via tibu... So if I just unfreeze and let the update go through will it just unroot me and I'll be up to date or will it go to hell? Thanks for any input
