hey guys
for a long time i am having this issue with my screen.
it flickers sometimes, no pattern of times. but it does flickers almost all the time when i put it on automatic backlight, or if i set the brightness to lowest level, or 1-2 level more than lowest.
at first i thought the battery may be going bad, because i did have battery issues. but now that i have bought a new battery, it still happens.
i read that it might occur because of the s-view covers. but i have s-view covers for almost a year, and it only happens for about 3-4 months.
though i did buy a new s-view cover on august. could this be related? i think i did have flickering problems even earlier than august.
either way, i had removed the s-view cover from my phone, it does seem to flicker less. and weird thing, sometimes it just enters the s-view mode where all screen goes black except the window part... maybe the phone misses the cover :)
any way. what could be the problem? how can i solve it? maybe i should format the phone and install another rom? i have the latest Omega rom version right now.
