[help] Internal Clock stuck un 1970 topic

Hi.
I have some trouble with my Motorola .
This morning I restarted m'y device and since that, my clock and date are stuck in january 1970. I can't change in manual mode or in automatic mode. I re-flash with stock ROM and it's the same as CM or Validus. I wipe cache,dalvik...

Si any idea ?
