Lollipop 5.0.2 brings performance boost to slow NAND devices topic

There are devices with slower NAND than Moto G, however it will still be interesting to see the effect this update has on performance.

[Q] Slow camera topic

Hey guys,

Does anyone find that taking pictures is very slow in the stock camera? After pressing the shoot button, I have to wait for at least a second until the button becomes available again for use. Also, the camera is super slow to launch from the lock screen- it takes a good 3-5 seconds. Is this normal? I've been using android for many years and haven't noticed the difference so much until now when I saw how quickly one can take a picture with an iPhone.

Any help would be appreciated.

Slow motion videos? topic

Does the Moto G save slow motion videos in slow motion? I have a G2 which only slows down the video on the phone, but the video file itself is saved in normal speed. Unlike say iPhone and Samsung where videos are shot in slow motion and play that way when transferred to a PC or played on a TV. Thanks

Upgraded a friend's Mega 6.3 to Kitkat I9205XXUDNE2 and rooted it using the CWM link here :

hi , my tablet wifi connection speed extremely slow. i have 16mbit connection speed. My laptop connection is smooth. at tablet when click to link usually connection times out or waiting too much. tablet wifi bar is full. i checked wifi signal power from tablet menu, show signal -100dbm around. [Q] LG G3 on AT&T data connection very slow topic

I have the same issue. My phone is about 1 month old, previously I had a Blackberry Z30 Unlocked and connection was way better, even with 2 bars I could use Pandora all day at work and could connect to apps, and websites. Now on LG G3 even Google Play won't connect many times as it times out because connection is too slow. I think there is an issue with the way LG G3 connects to AT&T, I mean how can an unsupported device like Blackberry Z30 (bought it on Blackberry site as AT&T doesn't sell it) work very well and yet LG G3, sold by AT&T doesn't work well.

PS : I get 4G and some occasional LTE, but still speed is pretty slow and device consumes the battery pretty quickly.

Greenify slow hibernating speed topic

Hi all, as title states, recently I found out Greenify hibernate apps are very slow. (I still have old v1.95 apk) And I compare with it to close / hibernate 10 apps at once, surprisingly the old version only took 2 secs with the shortcut to hibernate all apps previously opened but the new one v2.5 hibernate very slowly. Took a bout 7-8 secs to close everything. I am using boost mode by the way. :confused:

[Q] Slow WIFI after update to 5.0.1 topic

Hello all. My turn to contribute to the "_________ doesn't work after update to lollipop" issues, lol. I updated my M8 (Unlocked, S-Off) to 5.0.1 unrooted.
