asphalt 8 looks like it's blurred!!! plus some other questions topic

okey guys
i downloaded asphalt 8 and the game looks blurry from menu and gameplay and every thing in the game is blurry
even it's on high settings????
another problem is
i just got my phone couple hours ago
and now charging it for about 2 hours and it's only 45%
did it take so long to charge or only the first time charging?

another questions
how to show battery percentage on status bar?
can i chance the font?
