Guys I am having a problem I tried to port a Nexus 5 rom to the zr from this post - http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1908008
OK...So I was trying to port a rom of Nexus 5 to the Xperia ZR
My port ROM is Paranoid Android 4.6 BETA 5 and my base rom is cm-11-20141209-NIGHTLY
So I did everything and it was just fine till the bootanimation and its just booting and booting and booting then I followed the steps for the bootloop but still...Same problem..
I am a beginner...Any solutions????

[Q] Battery life problems xirh CM11 topic

Hi. Since i haveinstalled CM11 in the TabPro 10.1 i have some issues with battery life. I think this increase if i use Chrome or Firefox but in the battery stats i cant see a high use of them. I will try to post a screen capture where you can see what i am talking about. With stock rom i have been using the screen for hours without any problems and now... Its a well known bug or i'm he only one with this problems?

Hi, i have my kyocera hydro xtrm phone rooted but do not have a custom recovery set, My phone is stuck into a bootloop, i downloaded a bootanimation to my sd from j rummy and it never went through, i also downloaded titanium backup cracked apk and was converting user apps into system apps, and all of a sudden my phone crashed, now i think i dont have a launcher set and i might have to buy a new phone but i am trying to fix this one so i dont have to, please help i know my woman is going crazy because she cant talk to me, HHHHHHHHeeeeeelllllllllllllpppppppp Meeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

HELP!! Problems after root topic

i have a note 4 on t mobile. i just rooted my phone (first root ever) using the method described on here no issues. my phone worked normal for a day and now today when i try to send a text message it shows that it is sending and will be like that for an extended period of time 30 mins plus and when someone text messages me it takes 30 plus minutes to reviece it. i have reset the phone pulled the battery restarted the phone i dont know what else to do on why it would be causing this issue is it because of the root?? or something else or is there a fix for it......thanks guys

Having problems extracting rom.zip from RUU- Please help topic

When i extract rom.zip using Process Monitor, the files inside it aren't the one's it should and when i try to open android-info it says the file is corrupt, all the files are corrupt.
These are the files inside

dzdata_64g.hdr

I got an error, when i tried to flash it.
What should i do?

and I'm running on Windows 8.1 Enterprise.

Ascend mate 7 connectivity problems topic

Had my ascend mate 7 for two weeks now, noticed that sometimes (now more and more often) I have troubles calling, I don't hear the voice, it's like breaking, nothing wrong with the speaker, but looks like the phone is losing the connection, but the signal bar is full.
What could possibly be the reason?

Connection problems with CDMA workshop and gs3 topic

So I'm working on unlocking my Samsung Galaxy S3,and I had it working just fine, got the MSL code and was able to get into the menus.

Now it seems that no matter what computer I use, the phone won't respond. I've checked com ports, made sure connection settings were right, but no luck, even with a clean install of CDMA workshop on a new computer.

Anything come to mind that I should double check or do to try and resolve this?

[Q] This game claims they found severe problems with Samsung gyroscopes! Is it true? topic

I am really confused when i see that this game, FlipMob is claiming they found that All Samsung gyroscopes are severely poor performing. According to them, LG, HTC, Sony and iPhones are way better in gyroscopes. Also this game is not working properly in Galaxy S5, whereas it runs awesome in my friend's Nexus 5! Is it true, what they are saying?

GB27 One click problems on Windows 8 topic

Everytime I try to restore my phone back to GB27 using the one click rooted restore, I get a force close. In short, I have to use my other pc with windows 7. I have the correct drivers installed and I am using different usb cables but still only works on windows 7.

This is a problem since I am at school and my backup pc (windows 7) is at home. What can I do?

[Q] Battery Problems topic

Hello

My device is a Samsung Galaxy S5 (Bell Canada). I am having huge issues with the battery. As a result, I rooted my device and got Xposed for the reason of DS Battery Saver.

My question is, how come my battery usage is being plagued by Cell Standby, which in 3 hours drained my battery 8% while I slept. Another is, what is the difference between DS Battery Saver and DS Battery Saver Pro? Does the free version still kill background apps when the screen is turned off and does it turn off 3g/LTE/wifi as well?

[q] help me, google play problems (lucky patcher)!??!! topic

Rooting isnt the issue, i had it a month before this problem.

I was playing around with lucky patcher, when i saw mod the play store. which i did out of curiosity. Nothing happened... okay.. then i saw patch to android in the toolbox, pressed that and boom my phone rebooted. Again i was like okay... Seeing if it did anything i instantly went to the play store, and boom no connection. Turns out now after that I cannot connect to ANY google app. No matter what account or connection. Already tried resetting my phone! Now Im stuck with a phone with no apps and no way to get my contacts. Does anyone know a fix please? Im dying.

[Q] GPS Problems? topic

I have been having GPS Problems for the past couple months. The GPS used to work fine on my Nexus 5 but lately it has had trouble. It takes a long time to get a GPS lock and when using navigation it seems to lag behind. When I make a turn it takes a bit to notice. Sometimes it will say I am driving backwards even. What could be causing this? Could the GPS antenna have a lose connection? I do not think it is a software problem. I have tried several different ROMs and even tried going back to stock with a full wipe.

Any ideas?

Help with sms problems! topic

Hello everyone. Ok first off I enabled 2 step authentication and am now currently locked out of my account. I enabled it and was using Hangouts at the same time to receive code and didn't know ahead of time that I would not be recieving my code because you have to be signed in on Hangouts. My intentions was to go right back in and add a second cell number and backup codes but I did not know that i was not gonna be able to do so lol!

Ok then well my problem now is that I am unable to receive any Text messages at all. I am logged in as a new user on google and still am unable to receive any messages. I am currently using the HTC One M8 Harman Kardon edition with Cynogenmod installed latest version. I've also noticed that my Mobile Network connection says Disconnected under the about phone status. I've installed other sms apps and nothing. I can send but not receive. Any ideas why this is happening? I am off all day so I will be available to respond right away! Thanks!! :)

[Q] Video problems after firmware upgrade topic

Hi all, I've got an HTC one M7 and recently I've decided to update its firmware to : 6.09.401.11 , and after that flashed HTC Android revo 83.1 . Everything was ok until I've tried to record a video with the sock camera app, the video start recording as usual, but then after stop recording, I saw the video was saved with pretty bad colors, like purple , green and magenta... , then i've downloaded and tried Google camera app , tried recording again and everything was ok. So I guess there is a problem with the stock camera app...
