Can we get a sub directory or naming convention for Edge friendly accessories? As of now, I only know of the UAG and flip cover as options for cases for the edge. Anyone with an edge and depressed like me that the lack of extended batteries/cases? Anyone have a case that would be minimal impact to use on an edge?

[Q] How can i enable ALL LTE BANDS and EDGE on F320 topic
Hi,
I found OPO ONE + tutorial about adding LTE BAND in Qualcomm device and i want to make the same thing with my LG F320K.
I try to add GSM and 3G BAND by putting 844425030534016 in 1877 nv value with QSDM but when i start QPST software
downloader it didn't show me a change after a reboot. I try to change this value with QPST Software Downloader and i ve got this error: NV_IMEI_SV, that don't allow me to make the change.
I want to add LTE B20 800Mhz but cannot.
Can someone give me the Qcn backup of an international D802 or help me to activate all necessary network in my country (France)?

[Q] Galaxy Note Edge Tmobile. Brightness Issue/Overheating topic
Just got my Note Edge 2 days ago and when comparing the screen brightness (at max/no auto) it is much dimmer than our note 4. now I am not talking about the super bright setting that occurs when its on auto and outside but instead indoors. I also have been seeing a message in the display brightness settings "UNABLE TO INCREASE THE BRIGHTNESS FURTHER. THE DEVICE IS OVERHEATING" Could this be due to a faulty battery or something else? This is my only complaint with this phone but its a big one especially if i'm receiving this message. Should I return to Tmobile or is it most likely a software glitch. It is very cold where I am at so it has not been out in the sun or plugged in too long. minor use has led to this overheating message usually only seen in the summertime when in the car too long

LG G3 yellow spot on edge of display! topic
Hey guys,
I have a problem with my G3. I was so happy when I got it but now it drove me nuts. The display which is supposed to be the selling spot of this phone is not so glorious after all. Although not all users are affected by this I am one of those who are. I noticed a yellow band on the top left side of my screen. As I read online it is glue residue that has protruded through the display. Many people suggest to put it under a UV light but I am not sure if I should do this (the UV light is supposed to dry the glue). I have to mention that I bought the G3 because I had the exact same problem with the G2 in the same place. It looks so ugly and drives me crazy. So I wanted to ask for help from someone over here at XDA who has had the same or similar issue with the G3 or any other phone and is willing to offer me help and guide me through fixing this annoying issue.

I have not been able to find a case for the edge anywhere other than Samsung's flip case which is just horrible.... does not stay closed and results in unneeded wakes.
Anyone know if a vendor that has confirmed they will produce a case, or even extended batteries for the note 4 edge?

Verizon Edge - Note 4 Newbie topic
Greetings and Merry Xmas! Quick question for those familiar with the Verizon Edge program - I recently took advantage of the Note 4 deal for 9. Since I've been a Verizon customer for years and never plan on changing (unless North Korea hacks them and ruins the service), I went with the Edge deal, paying /month.
Coming from an iPhone 5S, I'm noticing that there were some things I really took for granted, which I'm unable to do on the Note (e.g. One-handed texting, dialing, etc) I know this is possible with some settings adjustments, but the larger size makes it cumbersome. Don't get me wrong, as a tech lover, this thing is awesome. Definitely one of the best phones out there overall.
That aside, if I decide I need to switch back to my iPhone or another (smaller) Android device - is it possible to re-active my old phone to my line without any penalty? Also, if I'm able to do this, doesn't that also mean that I could technically sell my Note 4 on the private market for several hundred beans without any impact to my monthly billing?

Ended up getting the Edge and Nexus 6 shipped to me at the same time... Cant open both devices up and test drive them. Leaning towards the edge just because of all the "phablet" features it has. And the N6 is just a big ol phone with stock android...right? Which phone should i keep? Purely suggestions/opions. Please no arguements. Thanks!
I have a bit of a situation and just wnted to get some opinions. I ordered the Nexus 6 the day it was able to be ordered from TMobile, i ordered the 64GB and that went to backorder. Since ive ordered the N6 Ive been looking at the Edge and was swayed to getting the Edge instead of the N6. So the last 2 weeks I callied tmobile to cancel my N6 order and to see if there were any dates on when theyll be getting the Edge back in stock and i kept getting no dates or info. Finally, i checked again last night and the rep told me that the Edge was definitely in stock and if i ordered it it would def ship. So i went ahead and ordered the Edge, but i noticed that my N6 order was still not cancelled so i asked the rep to process a cancellation on it again. The rep did and i was told it may take up to 48hrs.
This morning, i got an email and text stating that my Edge had shipped. Yay:). Then about an hr ago i get another email and text saying my phone had shipped, i thought that was weird so i checked the details and, of course, my 64GB N6 just shipped as well haha.
So since i cant open both boxes to test them out i would like to get some input on which phone to keep. What swayed me to the Edge was just the amount of features it has over the N6. Im wanting a phablet to use for work and just to easily take notes, schedules and whatnot and the Edge just seems like the better choice. Please no arguements just want opinions.

Why is there no tab browsing with the edge, or task switcher for open apps? topic
I look at the edge and think why is that border not used for switching open apps or tabbed browsing on a browser. Wish I knew how to code....

Has anybody been able to use AT&T's Softcard to make payments at merchants? I've tried several times and haven't been successful. I verified that NFC was on.
I also have those samsung TecTiles that I can read using my Note 3 but gave me ""NFC tag type not supported" with my note edge. Starting to wonder if I have a defective NFC chip on my phone.

[Q] Edge Ringer & Nova Launcher Help? topic
1. I loved when using the phone the phone call would ring on the edge panel, since the recent update it pops up on screen (not the edge), any way to have the phone ringing on the edge only?
2. I've been a long time Nova user, it's been crashing a lot lately. I'm assuming it's because I have the flip cover case and when closed the edge panel lights up causing Nova launcher to crash. Anyone with Nova crashing issue?

XT1034 - restored stock firmware, only getting Edge data topic
I was running CM12 and restored my XT1034 to stock US retail firmware (4.4.3, updated to 4.4.4). However, now I can only get Edge data. I already checked (and re-entered) the APN for cricket wireless. How can I fix this?

i try CM11
i change many sim card with differnet network operator but the problem is the same.

Want exynos note edge. Which model is best for t-mobile USA? I know no lte. topic
Hi I am interested in the note edge exynos version for use on t-mobile's HSPA+42 network. I know this variant will not have USA lte support. Which model should I be looking at? The exynos processor is better for low level hardware coding from what I've been reading. Basically it's better for emulators like ppsspp. Or maybe you guys should convince me to use a snapdragon. I don't know. Lte never seemed like a big deal to me with t-mobile's HSPA+42 network.

Why this hasnt been done i dont know why... but i know from my standpoint I've been reluctant to root because ive had to dig and dig through other peoples posts for their phones (not sprint ) to find information . What few sprint information there is seems to be hidden in pages of posts for other phones.. Ive seen sprint users get snubbed when they ask questions ( rightfully so I feel the same way when other people are asking about K phones in the few sprints threads we have) since the tmobile dev is really taking off i think we are way past due for our own section ..to much different information out there for the different models now... lets but our requests here for a new section

[ROM] Note Edge 915K (Korean) NK5 deodexed, zipaligned, rooted topic
1) I do not have a Note Edge 915K, so I cannot test this package. I used a kitchen to build the zip, so you will have to see if it works.
2) This may very well brick your phone. You hold me harmless if you choose to proceed.
3) Make a full nandroid backup before proceeding.
4) Have the factory tar ready to Odin if it soft bricks. You can download it here:

5) I used the above tar to build the zip. The zip does not wipe /data. If you're already on NK5, you should be able to dirty flash.
6) The zip package is zipaligned, deodexed, rooted, and startup sound disabled. It also includes the NK5 modem in the flash package.
7) The SuperSU is an older version. You may need to flash the SuperSU 2.16 update zip from this thread after you flash the ROM zip to achieve full root.
