[Q]Booting into recovery suddenly a pain topic

I have a Nook HD+

So, I was having some issues with CWM so I decided to switch to TWRP.

Not sure if that caused the issue, but suddenly booting into recovery is a pain in my rear.

I got it to do it once again to flash a different rom, but now I cant really seem to get the shortcut to recovery to work?

And I dont have access to the app store because I forgot to flash the gapps apk so I cant get an app from there to send it to recovery.

Does anyone have any recommendations? I am gonna keep fiddling and see if I can get it to finally go into recovery.

[Q] apps pauses automatically suddenly topic

I rooted my phone {max AX5 ICS} 1 month ago.. everything worked fine
but suddenly 1 week ago, all my apps started to pause whenever i m using them
for example: - if i m watchng movie in mx player and lock the screen,.. it will automatically unlock {it only happens when u unlock via unlock button in ur phone}.
also if i m playing a game a game say major mayhem or hill racing or ninja saga, the game will autmatically pause while i m playing
pls help me fastly.. i scanned my device with antivirus .. also i didnt freeze any app in my device.
also now gamecih app says "system deny to root" and it doesnot work.... it wrked for 3 weeks on my rooted phone, so there is no issue in my device.
dont know why it's happening... pls help..........................

[Q] Phone suddenly stopped working with 4.4 topic

Hi,

I was running AICP android 4.4 fine for weeks.

Then it kept hanging at boot screen , well just after when screen went black

Only way I could get to boot was clearing cache and re-boot. Worked OK then same thing any re-boot. This got worse and worse until nothing would boot.

I have found this isnt an ACIP issue all kitkat roms do this now on my phone (has now become they never boot). If I put 4.2.2 back on works perfectly

Im flashing the boot.img and reseting factory, dalvik and cache before flashing

Any ideas - really dont understand why 4.4 worked for a fortnight before becoming problematic and then being impossible to work

[Q] Flash apk 11.1 suddenly not working re: live video streams topic

Happy Holidays All:

I have no idea what happened. Until this evening I was able to watch live news streams in Firefox. Thanks to the Flash 11.1 apk hack I learned about here @ XDA earlier this year. All I had to do was tap the flash icon in the video field to get it to work. But now that field is just a blank on every live streaming news site I go to. I made no recent changes to the phone, no updates, nothing new. I tried the Flash Fox browser & it worked for about an hour, then it froze. When I reloaded the page, same as with regular Firefox: now just a blank video field. . . I was never able to get live streaming to work with the Dolphin browser (including with the Dolphin Jetpack). I've searched here and online in general but have not found any solutions, so far. Does anyone have any ideas about what's going on? Or better, a fix for this? I can still view tv shows & movies so I guess they are not running on Flash - but it seems every news stream I regularly watch still does use Flash. I cleared the Firefox cache after this happened + junk files, that's all I did.

I'm still using my Moto G Android phone - KitKat 4.4.4

XT925 suddenly bricked topic

I was using my XT925 normally. Then it hanged for some time and I restarted it. Suddenly it wouldn't get past the circling cm boot. I tried to wipe cache to see if it solved the situation. Entered recovery mode, wiped cache, tried to restart again, now it won't even turn on.

Except when I use power + vol -, it goes to the bootloader unlocked screen and stops there.

Is there something I can do about it?
