Reason Why Mate7 Shows 4g sign Instead of LTE topic

Hello guys..
I have seen some users saying that they don't get Lte symbol and that the mobile is showing 4g symbol instead.
Today I found the reason of this. While I was looking at Theme downloaded from theme app, I noticed that they have put 4g icon even for LTE. This is the reason why we see 4g symbol even when we know that we are connected to LTE.
I hope this will end some users confusion. :)

Any tips? I find this very difficult to do reliably and rather annoying!!

It's even worse when you have a case on with a lip at the edge.

[Q] Use /storage/external_SD instead of /storage/sdcard0 topic

I have a LG Optimus L3 II, and since it has less than 2 GB of total ROM, I have bought an external SD card. I have some experience with Linux desktop systems, but not really with Android. On a Linux desktop, if I lack disk space, I can mount /home to the device I want using /etc/fstab, so all my personal files are transparently saved to the specified device.

I have noticed that my user files on the LG Optimus are all saved to /storage/sdcard0. Also, that there is a symlink from /sdcard to /storage/sdcard0.

What I would like to accomplish is to transparently have all my personal files on /storage/external_SD, but I'm not sure if I can just change /sdcard to point to the new location, or if I would need to change mount points somewhere, etc. I have searched on Google about this, but found nothing clear, and it seems this may vary from device to device. Also, I haven't tried anything yet, because I don't really think I would be able to recover if anything goes bad.

[Q] AT&T Nexus 6, Pay ETF instead of NEXT??? topic

I bought the N6 on pre-order from AT&T using NEXT. It shipped out when AT&T said it would and came overnight, all was great. When I received the first bill, both my N6 and my wife's S5 were listed on contract instead of the NEXT program. I never made a down payment when buying the phone and the confirmation email says it was on the NEXT program. Clearly AT&T made a mistake. I used chat and was instructed to take said paperwork and go to my local store and they could fix everything. But now i'm wondering if I can just pay the EFT of 5 per phone instead of full retail? And if so, can I keep my AT&T service, or do I need to hassle with porting my number out and back in?
