While commenting on a post on xdas Google+ page I was being rudely accosted by a Kieron Quinn and after telling him that his point was lost and to stop tagging me, he tagged me one more time to tell me that I was banned.
I did nothing to break any kind of rules and this really leaves a bad taste in my mouth with XDA.
Not sure what requirements are needed to become a moderator on your Google page, but you definitely need to weed out the 'I'm right and you're wrong' power trip mods.
Please unban my Google account as I use and recommend xda all of the time and try to be a valuable member in assisting when I can.
Why do a few have to give all a bad name? Most of my experience on xda forums was spent seeing helpful moderators responding -to some very noob questions- in as pleasantly a way as possible with some utter gems as questions. Who gives this mod on the G+ page a title and lets him to it? The kid basically trolled the post because he just came there to shout some rules, which mind you were not broken in the first place, then only got more troll like when I told him to exit if he was not going to contribute anything but instead annoy everyone and throw around insubstantial orders.
Also, if I knew he was a mod, I would have acted the exact same way because he was truly in the wrong. Problem was, I never thought xda would have such a snarky, matter of fact I'm right type of twit monitoring their + page.
