WeTek Play: Full Review including (Unboxing + Lollipop ROM and OpenELEC Testing) topic

Hello guys

This is my personal review of the new WeTek Play an android mini-pc that include a TV Tuner (Sat or DDT).

It is a very interesting device especially because of its active community. There are already available a lot of custom rom:

* CyanogenMod 11 and 12 (Lollipop 5.0.2)
* OmniRom
* AOSPA
* AOKP

It also possible to boot via micro-sd card the great linux distro called OpenELEC.

This is a variant of Weaksauce that evades HTC's patches. We were saving it for 5.0, but HTC has patched in in 5.0.

It will work on most verizon HTC devices, HTC DNA, m7 m8 and others.

No this won't magically make SunShine unlock on your devices (except maybe HTC DNA and m7), but it will work like the previous Weaksauce exploit. If SunShine won't work for you now, please wait for the 3.0 release, we are aiming for (but no promises) early january.

All those hating us about charging for SunShine (http://theroot.ninja), please ignore weaksauce 2, since we developed it too.

Install WeakSauce2, run, install supersu. WeakSauce2 will reroot each boot.
