Help update centre and pc companion topic

HI GUYS,

Need some help,Just want to know,l have install a custom rom 23.0.1.A.3.12 but pc companion and update centre asking me to update 'system' to the same version (23.0.1.A.3.12)as the actual rom is..:confused:
Can anybody help me with this please?:confused:
