[Q] Duo Camera Functions Unavailable after Vanilla GPE 5.0.1 RUU Flash topic

Hi all. I'll make this quick.

Rocked GPE since I've had the phone pretty much, flashed it shortly after it came out, which was also when I picked it up. Used an RUU and received OTA updates.

For whatever reason I couldn't OTA to 5.0.1 despite going to 4.4.4 OTA. Unsure why.

No matter, I flashed the stock 5.0.1 RUU- the untampered but rooted LRX22C.H5 build and everything seemingly went off without a hitch- however I noticed that the duo functions are no longer working under the proper conditions which I used to use them pre-lolipop. No matter what, it states they're unavailable. I'm fairly competent with this stuff- not a wizard. Is there a way to see if the OS is seeing the "supportive" top camera? I tried installing the APK for the straight up HTC Gallery app and the options weren't even there- as they are with the one that's bundled with the GPE. So I rolled it back to the bundled GPE version of HTC gallery where the icons are, but always unavailable.

Here's my report:
