[Q] is there a guide for reverting all modifications (root, recovery) in XT1092? topic

Hi,

I was wondering if there is a guide for reverting root/recovery to its original state (XT1092) such that the OTA update doesn't fail?

I am asking because as far as I know Motorola haven't released factory images for variants other than XT1095.

Thanks,

[Q] RUU: Reverting to Stock Questions topic

Hello,
I am going to sell my T-Mobile HTC One, but I would like to return my device back to stock using the RUU method.
Here is what pops up when I issue the command fastboot getvar all:

Code:

(bootloader) version: 0.5
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 1.57.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: 4T.27.3218.14
(bootloader) version-cpld: None
(bootloader) version-microp: None
(bootloader) version-main: 5.14.531.1
(bootloader) version-misc: PVT SHIP S-OFF
(bootloader) serialno: Censored
(bootloader) imei: Censored
(bootloader) meid: 00000000000000
(bootloader) product: m7_ul
(bootloader) platform: HBOOT-8064
(bootloader) modelid: PN0713000
(bootloader) cidnum: T-MOB010
(bootloader) battery-status: good
(bootloader) battery-voltage: 4040mV
(bootloader) partition-layout: Generic
(bootloader) security: off
(bootloader) build-mode: SHIP
(bootloader) boot-mode: FASTBOOT
(bootloader) commitno-bootloader: dirty-1f512bb6
(bootloader) hbootpreupdate: 11
(bootloader) gencheckpt: 0

My HTC One is S-OFF, unlocked bootloader, with TWRP 2.6.3.3 installed. Not sure if it matters but I'm running ARHD 82.0. I already have the 6.10.531.9 RUU file from the official HTC Support website.

So my question is: How do I run this RUU? Do I need to do anything to my phone before running the RUU.exe file? And after flashing the RUU, will I still receive OTA's from T-Mobile?

Thanks. :D
