Runtastic MTB topic

Hello everyone.
I have a big problem, it is a little bit of time that the application Runtustic Mountain Bike Pro does not work properly.
With any ROM does not record the session, only counts the time, when I start the session in proper position but then nothing happens. He tells me that I do zero kilometers.
How can I fix this?
