Hey guys, have you found a sleep tracking app that also records heart rate, at least periodically? I've been using sleep as android, and though I like it I don't believe it has an option for heart rate monitoring. Is there a sleep tracking app out there that does this?

Is there an application for the LG G Watch R that will monitor the hear rate either continuously or at specific intervals, say every 15 or 30 seconds?
