[Q] need android 4.3 or higher on rooted freedompop eve 4g pc36100 topic

Trying to get a new Jawbone up and htc evo 4g we got my son for Christmas to talk to each other. Need to be running 4.3 or higher to make it work. Burned several hours of Christmas searching...gave up. Got it unlocked and rooted, but can't find a rom to flash that will work yet. Thanks
