[Q] Facebook Contact Sync topic

I know this is a redundant question, but please, if someone know how to, share it please...

I already used UberSync. Yeah, it synced my FB friends but I can't merge it to my existing contacts.

Any other apps there? Or any knows how to?

Call a contact quickly topic

I quite like the stock dialler, but how do you phone someone quickly? Currently I:
1) press the dialler icon
2) press the * icon
3) press the avatar for the person I want to call
4) click on the desired phone number (home, mobile, work etc).

Can I someone skip at least step 4 and have a default number for them so that just clicking their contact photo phones them (and long pressing pulls up the other info, perhaps)?
