Does T-Mobile Charge an Activation Fee when Signing up for New Service with Note 4?
If so, is it waived if purchased online?
Is it also waived if I purchase at the store?
Or does it vary?

Disable Activation on my Boost Mobile LG Realm LS620 topic

Hey all, i just picked up this phone to use as an ipod replacement and have no intentions on using the cellular portion of it. With that said, when it boots it wants to activate. I have rooted it and installed Titanium Backup so I am prepared to freeze/uninstall apps in order to disable this, but unsure which I should be doing.

Any help in the matter is appreciated
